Strength, balance, and flexibility exercises with music and yoga games. Partner and group poses emphasized to promote respect for others and self-awareness. Expect to be energetically paced with lots of fun.
Training in strength, balance, and flexibility with basic yoga poses and simple sequences. Build confidence and stress coping strategies with focus and breathing exercises. Partner and group poses included. Learn about basic anatomy and healthy habits for daily living.

We will cover 3 main areas: breathing, movement and practical use of the two. There will be slight differences between the teen class and athlete class in terms of focus and intensity.
